Bespoke Orders Terms & Conditions
Design & Style
1. Your order is based on the design agreed at the time of purchase, usually from a
showroom sample. Any agreed changes will be confirmed when the order is
placed.
2. Additional design changes requested after the order is placed, including during
fittings, may incur additional charges.
3. If your measurements differ from the showroom sample, the finished garment
may look slightly different when worn.
Fabrics & Colours
4. Fabric samples, swatches and illustrations are provided as a guide only.
5. While we take every care to match colours, slight variations in shade may occur
between samples and the finished fabric.
Measurements & Fittings
6. Measurements are recorded when your order is placed. Once patterns have
been cut, changes to measurements may require additional work and charges.
7. Please tell us before ordering if your size may change, or if you plan to wear
different shoes, underwear or shapewear that could affect the fit. These items
should be worn to all fittings.
8. We cannot accept responsibility for delays, alterations or additional costs
resulting from changes to your size or shape after your order has been placed.
Deposit & Payment
9. Your deposit allows us to order fabrics and materials and begin work on your
garment. Production will not start until the deposit has been received.
10. Full payment is due on or before collection of your order.
Delivery & Collection
11. If your order is shipped, insurance can be arranged on your behalf. However, we
cannot be responsible for delays, loss or damage once goods are in transit.
12. Delays caused by missed appointments or changes requested during the making
process may affect completion times.
Collection & Approval
13. We ask that garments are tried on before leaving the showroom. Collection and
acceptance of the garment confirms that you are satisfied with the fit and finish.
14. If a garment is collected without being tried on and later requires alterations that
could reasonably have been identified at collection, additional charges may
apply.
Returns & Cancellations
15. As all bespoke garments are made to your individual specifications, we are
unable to offer refunds or returns unless there is a manufacturing fault.
Luxury Fabrics
16. Many of our garments and hats are made from delicate luxury fabrics, including
natural fibres such as silk. These materials may not withstand heavy rain or
extreme weather conditions and can occasionally display small natural
variations that are part of their unique character. We kindly ask you take care
when wearing to prevent stains.
Showroom Samples & Archive Pieces
17. Showroom samples, archive pieces and other existing items are sold in their
current condition. Please ensure you are happy with their condition before
purchase.
Your Rights
18. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
